You can only pick one sports movie from each of the following sports. The sports are baseball, basketball, football, hockey and soccer. Which of these sports, one of these will be the most of all the sports, that will be seen in movies. But please tell me why you pick the movies as either the best baseball movie, basketball movie, football movie, hockey movie, and soccer movie.
Rookie Of The Year-baseball–I thought this movie was awesome and funny
Longest Yard with Adam Sandler-football-also hilarious
The Mighty Ducks-Hockey-hilarious
Bend It Like Beckham-soccer-very well made
Glory Road-Basketball-very emotional and yet a true story
How important are extracurricular activities and playing sports to getting into college? I was told that if you don't play a sport in high school, then you don't have much of a chance to getting into college.
You were told falsly. EXTRA CIRRICULARS are important on a college resume, sports are only one type of an extra cirricular. Without extra cirriculars, unless you are the smartest kid in your class of X in the United states…your application is much weaker. Admission deans LOVE kids who are involved outside of school.
Sports, volunteering, plays, boyscouts, school newspaper, clubs….only a few examples of extra cirriculars. You don't need to play sports as I said before, those are only one kind of extra cirriculars.

My camera has a 10x optical zoom and a 'sports' mode which predicts movement. I want to use it outdoors (eg soccer) and indoors (eg ice hockey) but my pictures are not particularly crisp, even at 7×5in size despite the camera having 8.1mp and coming with a zeiss lens. I use autofocus and depress the button half way down before shooting.
What am I doing wrong, and is there an easy way to correct it? Thanks.
I'm not sure why this isn't working for you, sounds like it should. The only thing I can suggest is turn on your "auto-bracketing" feature or auto-bracket on a manual setting. It might help. Also, do you use a tripod? This would help, especially on a timer setting or with a remote shutter release, which would steady your camera & give you crisper pictures. Sorry, I can't think of anything else.
What was with the black reporter asking the stupid sports question? You have a chance to ask one question during the FIRST prime time press conference of the FIRST black president and you ask about some steroid taking sports dipshit?
I was shocked when I heard his question. Did you see the look on Obama's face? It was like "WTF!" He was trying very hard to find the words that wouldn't look like he (Obama) was slapping him (the reporter) upside his head.
Three-time NFL MVP Brett Favre retired Wednesday; Miguel Tejada pled guilty in Federal Court Wednesday to misleading Congress in its’ investigation into steroid use in baseball; No. 3 North Carolina downs No. 6 Duke; No. 1 Connecticut wins. (Feb. 12)
