How can I make Microsoft Money 2000 stop prompting me for my password on computer start up?

I use windows vista and Microsoft Money 2000. Every time I start up my computer Microsoft Money prompts me for my password. Is there a way to disable this?
Take Money out of the startup. Go to Start. Type in msconfig. Go to the Startup tab. Uncheck the box for Money.
