How do you get internet working on a metro pcs flashed lg voyager?

I just got a lg voyager flashed to metro pcs for my girlfriend and i was wondering where to find a step by step process in unlocking internet for it.I have looked everywhere on the web and i haven't been able to find anything!!
If you live in the bay area, some guy unlocks it for 50 bucks. just go on craiglist.org>for sale>electronics>search for "LG"
u cant metro wont let u do dat sh!t yet if u flash a fone u cant use the internet
