How is citation style called which is used in scientific research papers?

In scientific research papers they always use this end note reference. I would also like to do that, however can't find the name of this citation style and hence I don't know how to cite the sources properly.
In don't want MLA or APA because I am writing something for Biology.
Well it depends on the journal that one is submitting the research paper too. Each journal has its own style. Look at a few journals and see which style you want to use for your Biology paper. sss

If you are in Biology, then you will have to use Parenthetical Citations-Reference List Style or for short, it is called Reference List Style. All natural sciences and most social sciences use this style of citation. If you need further help, please consult A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations by Kate L. Turabian. This is the book that graduate students use for citation.
