Sikhs are allowed to carry around daggers should I start my own religion that carries around?

Sikks are allowed to carry daggers as part of religion. In my religion that i encourage everyone to join every man has a loaded gun(usually multiple). shoudl I be legally able to walk around carrying my unregeisterd guns like a sikh can carry a unregistered dagger?

I'd say go for it- then head over to some NARA conventions and pick up some converts. I guess your services would be the liturgy of the range- where you fire and sing "Praise the lord and pass the Ammunition box" and your saints would be Colt, Winchester, Garand

in any case, most of us Sikhs dont care about symbolism. Almost every 'Khalsa' breaks his religious laws. Of the 5 K’s the Kesh ( hair and beard, eyebrows, body hair ) is shorn by a massive ( maybe 99 %, yes 99 % ) majority of the young 'Khalsa', weather they are in the UK or the fields of Punjab . Even the 'Khalsa's who keep the hair will reject 3 other physical symbols.
Just a small minority carry a very blunt knife, most of us are very hardworking and law abiding, and will understand it if we are told that the line is drawn …..that we can only possess so blunt a knife, that it is not even a knife in its actual sense, and less of a threat than a walking stick.
