I'm planning to develop an online dictionary of my native language to English. There will be approximately 40,000 words. How do you think which technology is efficient to use in terms of speed? I have 2 choices, PHP+MySQL or ASP.NET+MSSQL. As I said above, the main criteria is web-site should be fast. Thanks in advance.
